Nippon Hi-Bond Wall Sealer is a styrene acrylate copolymer solvent-based wall sealer.

It is specifically formulated for painting directly on difficult surfaces such as skimcoat interior walls and plaster ceilings to enhance intercoat bonding for the finishing topcoat.
