Acrylic Finish Topcoat (Soft Matt)
Nippon Acrylic Finish Topcoat (Soft Matt) is an acrylic resin based finish with excellent alkaline and weathering resistance.
It can be used for decoration of concrete, plastered walls, asbestos, as well as top coat for water based textured coating, such as Tilelac EMA Base.
